Our policy lasts 7 days. You may request for a refund / replacement within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone after received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
if any customer returned their product after buying (if that particular product has a return policy) we refund their money ( if applicable) within 7-10 working days after received the product from customer. We refund their money in their original payments method from which he/she debited his/her money. In case of COD we refund their money after getting account details and the product from them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account within a certain amount of days. You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account. The Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder’s Name, Bank Branch, Bank Name.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the original seller address.
You can return the package using any courier or postal service of your choice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs of upto Rs.100 will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
